Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), The Exchange, 150 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EE


By rail: There are two stations in the City: Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket Station. Where possible, you should alight at Haymarket, the nearest station to the EICC (5 minute walk).

By bus: Edinburgh’s main bus terminal is located in St Andrews Square. Bus connections stretch right across the UK. For details of these routes visit: National Express or CityLink.


By Air: Edinburgh Airport is 8 miles west of the city centre and has excellent taxi, tram and bus services. The taxi journey is roughly 20 minutes and costs approximately £20 to the EICC. The taxi stand is opposite the main airport entrance / exit.Trams are available every 7 minutes and take approximately 25 minutes to Haymarket – 5 minute walk to the EICC. Buses are available every 10 minutes and takes approximately 30 minutes to Haymarket.

By car: The EICC is right in the centre of Edinburgh, the main entrance is on Morrison Street.

Discounted car parking (£8 per day) is available at NCP Edinburgh Castle Terrace – a 10 minute walk from the venue.

Take a ticket from the car parking machine as usual. Before you leave the EICC, please present your parking ticket to the EICC concierge desk, who will give you one of their validated tickets. IMPORTANT: keep both tickets.   Go to the Car Park Pay Station, put the original card into the machine (it will show the price and payment type), then put the validated ticket into the machine. When the ticket comes out of the machine, you can then pay the £8 by cash or card


Due to the various festivals in August, it is best to book your accommodation early.
