As well as providing three full days of engaging presentations, the EAF warmy invites you to a welcome drinks reception and conference dinner.

Welcome Drinks Reception

This is the perfect opportunity to mingle with peers in a relaxed atmosphere and sample some of the finest drink and canapes Scotland has to offer. It follows the first day of talks at 5pm at the EICC, and is free to all delegates plus one guest.

Conference Dinner

Sold out for the previous 2 years, the EAF Dinner has beome an extremely popular event. Held on the second day of the conference, (Tuesday 13 August 2019), it comprises three courses of Scottish Fine Dining followed by a short recital of works by the Scottish Bard, Robert Burns. At only £65 per person, it offers excellent value and a relaxed atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to mix with your peers and colleagues from the UK and all corners of the world.

The Edinburgh Fringe

The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Runs from 5th to 27th August and is a spectacular and world renowned global gathering, showcasing the talents of musicians and performers, military and civilian, from over 46 countries. The Edinburgh Art Festival

The Edinburgh International Book Festival
